Q1: Is your project compatible with DALI system?
A: Yes. Our DALI version linear luminaire works with standard DALI controllers. We provide DALI wiring diagram for installation.
Q2: Can you make custom RAL color housing?
A: Yes. We support RAL powder coating, such as RAL7016, RAL9005, RAL9016. MOQ required.
Q3: Do you supply IES & CAD files?
A: Yes, we can provide IES photometric file, CAD drawing, datasheet and installation manual upon request.
Q4: What certifications do you have for EU market?
A: Our products pass CE, LVD, EMC and ENEC certification to meet European commercial project requirements.
Q5: Can you add emergency backup function?
A: Yes, emergency version is available for public building projects.
Q6: Do you accept OEM / ODM?
A: Yes, we support custom logo, housing, packaging and lighting parameters.
